Manage your guest list and collect RSVPs

Guests & RSVP lives inside your event, right next to the event page, gallery and budgets. Build the list once, switch on RSVP, and every reply lands in the same place. It is included free with every event, with unlimited guests.

Build your guest list

Open the Guests section of your event and add each guest by name. You can rename or remove a guest at any time, and the list is saved as you go.

Group guests into parties

A party is a main guest plus the people who come with them — a partner, children or a plus-one. Open a guest and add companions to build the party. Guests reply for their whole party in one go, so a household never has to respond twice. Removing the main guest removes the whole party, and you will be asked to confirm first.

Reorder the list

Drag guests and parties into the order that suits you, for example by table or by household. Keyboard reordering works too, so you can arrange a long list without a mouse.

Add the RSVP section to your event page

RSVP is a section of your event page, just like About, Agenda, Location and the gallery. Add it from the event page editor, move it to the position you prefer, or remove it again later. Once it is on the page, guests can reply from the same link or QR code you already share.

How guests reply

Guests open your event page, type their name and select their party. For each person they tap attending or not attending, answer any questions you have added and save. Nothing to install and no account to create. Until the deadline they can come back, search their name again and update their reply.

Set a response yourself

You can set, change or clear the attendance of any guest from the Guests section — useful for replies you receive by phone or in person. This works before and after the deadline.

Follow your numbers

At the top of the guest list you see the total number of guests and a bar showing how many are attending, not attending and still pending. Each guest's answers appear directly on their card, so you can scan the list without opening every entry.

Manage on the go

The EventAssets mobile app shows your guest list, the live stats and every answer, and lets you toggle attendance for any guest. Setting up questions and the deadline is done on the web.
