Collect guest media uploads

Let guests add photos and videos to your event without an app or account. You decide when the upload area is available.

Enable uploads and choose a start time

Open the Upload settings from your event page. Turn guest uploads on, then choose the date and time they should begin. After that start time has passed, it can no longer be changed in the settings.

Understand the upload window

Guests can upload from the configured start time until 30 days later. Hosts retain upload access until 90 days after that start time. Turn uploads off whenever you no longer want guests to contribute.

Tell guests what they can upload

Guests can upload JPG, PNG, GIF, WebP, MP4, MOV, AVI, and WebM files. Each file can be up to 1 GB, and a submission can contain up to 1,000 files. They can choose an album or upload without one. The upload flow shows progress, supports retries, and filters duplicate files.
