Manage your media gallery

Your gallery is where you organize every photo and video collected for an event. As host, you control whether guests can see it and which media appear there.

Configure gallery visibility

Open Gallery settings to enable or disable the public gallery. Turn on auto-approval when new guest uploads should appear automatically. With auto-approval off, review each upload before showing it to guests.

Organize with albums

Create up to 100 albums, rename them, and reorder them by drag-and-drop or keyboard. Guests can filter the gallery by album. You can move an individual media item to an album or to no album. EventAssets asks for confirmation before deleting an album.

Review individual media

Open an item to approve and show it, or hide it from the guest gallery. Hidden items remain marked for you as host. You can also move an item or permanently delete it after confirmation.

Use bulk actions carefully

Select items individually, Shift-select a range, or select all currently loaded items. Then show, hide, move, or delete the selection. Use Load more first when you need to work with media beyond the items currently loaded in the gallery.

Download event media

Request a complete event-media archive from the download dialog. EventAssets processes the archive, which can be split into one or more ZIP parts. Refresh its status if needed, then download the available parts. Completed archives expire three days after they are created.
