Download your event media

Download a single file

1. Open the Media tab of the event.
2. Open the menu of the item, Media actions.
3. Select Download.

Download the whole gallery

1. Open the Media tab of the event.
2. Select Download, beside the title.
3. In Download Gallery, select Request Download.
4. Wait until the parts are listed. Refresh Status asks again.
5. Select Part 1, then every further part.

Download an album

1. Open the Media tab of the event.
2. Open the menu of the album, for example Actions for Ceremony.
3. Select Download album, then Request Download.
4. Select each part that is listed.

Get a download with newer media

A download holds the media that was uploaded before you requested it, and is kept for 3 days.

1. Open the download again: Download for the gallery, Download album for an album.
2. Select Request a new download.
3. Select the parts once they are listed.
