The EventAssets app
Manage your events on your phone with the app for iPhone and Android, signed in with the same account as on the web. Your guests need no app.
Get the app
The app is available on the App Store for iPhone and on Google Play for Android.
Sign in
Sign in with the same email address, Apple account or Google account as on the web. Your events are there at once, and what you change in the app shows on the web, and the other way round.
A first event can also be started in the app before signing in, see Create an event.
What you do in the app
Everything you manage for an event is in the app: the event page with its design and QR code, photos and videos with their albums and downloads, the guestbook, the guest list with RSVP and the seating chart, and the budget.
- Reminders arrive as push notifications, see Manage your account.
- An event is upgraded with a purchase from the App Store or Google Play, see Upgrade an event and manage billing.
- What you opened last stays readable without a connection. Changes need one.
What stays on the web
A few things are done in a browser, on your phone too:
- redeeming a code,
- the invoices for payments made on the web,
- partner codes,
- connecting an AI assistant (the app shows the connected ones and disconnects them, see Connect AI assistants),
- the slideshow,
- the event page as your guests see it, which the app opens in the browser.
