Use partner codes for your clients

A partner code gives one client the upgrade to unlimited media for one event. Planners, venues, photographers and DJs buy the codes in bundles and hand them on as part of their service.

Buy a bundle

1. Open My Events and select View partner options.
2. Under Buy a bundle, choose the size of the bundle.
3. Select Continue to payment and complete the checkout.

Hand a code to a client

1. Open the partner page and go to Your codes.
2. On a code with the status Available, select Copy message.
3. Paste the message into an email or a chat with your client.

How your client redeems the code

1. The client creates a free event.
2. On the event, the client selects Upgrade, then Unlock unlimited media.
3. At the checkout, the client selects "Add promotion code" and enters the code.
4. The total drops to zero, and the client completes the checkout.

See which codes are redeemed

1. Open the partner page and go to Your codes.
2. Filter the list by Available, Redeemed or Unavailable.
3. Read Valid until for a code that is available, Redeemed on for one that is used.
