What Wesele z klasą does well
Wesele z klasą is a Polish wedding portal, and much of it costs nothing. Couples search its catalogue of wedding vendors, read the reviews of other couples and write to the vendors through the portal. A free planner sits beside it: a task list from the engagement to the wedding, a guest list with diets, transport and accommodation, a budget with deposits, and a seating chart to send to the venue. It runs in the browser and in apps for iPhone and Android, and the account can be shared with a partner or a wedding planner.
The wedding website is the paid part, and every plan starts with a free trial. Couples choose a template and add modules: the date and the venue with a map, the plan of the day, their story, a countdown and RSVP online, where guests also state their menu choice and diet. A password can protect the page. From the Galeria weselna online plan, guests scan a QR code on their table and add photos to a live gallery during the party, and the couple adds the wedding film. A digital guestbook collects wishes through the evening, and a digital scratch card with challenges adds a game for the guests.
Some of what Wesele z klasą offers, EventAssets does not. The Wesele międzynarodowe plan lets couples write the page in several language versions, with separate content for groups of guests, which helps when part of the family travels from abroad. And the portal's own pages say that the page stays online as a keepsake until the planner account is deleted, even without an active payment, although it can then no longer be edited.
Where EventAssets offers more
The main difference lies in the gallery. On EventAssets, guests upload photos and videos in the browser, without an app or an account, and the files are kept in original quality. You sort them into albums, approve uploads before others see them if you wish, and download everything as a ZIP. Guests react to photos and videos and comment on them, and a full-screen slideshow picks up new uploads while it runs, on a screen at the venue. The pages of Wesele z klasą describe a live gallery of the guests' photos and do not mention videos from guests, approval, albums or a download of everything; the table above shows each of these rows with its source. The guestbook takes written messages and voice recordings made in the browser, and you can review entries before they appear.
Planning sits in the same event as the photos. Guests find their name on the event page, answer for their whole party and fill in your own questions. The guest list feeds the seating chart, where guests later look up their table, and budgets hold the line items of the day with planned and actual amounts. All of this is part of the free plan, for birthdays and company events as well as weddings, and hosts run it from the web or from the apps for iPhone and Android.
A planner and a website, or one page for the event
The core difference is how each one is put together. Wesele z klasą keeps the couple's tools apart from the guests' page: a free planner for the couple, and a wedding website for the guests, billed by the month or the year, with the live gallery from the Galeria weselna online plan. EventAssets keeps both sides in one event: the tools you plan with and the page your guests open are the same, and the free plan already includes all of it, with caps on photos, videos, storage and voice recordings that one payment per event lifts.
So the cost works differently too. A subscription is paid for as long as you keep the website active; EventAssets charges once per event. The table above lists every plan with its price. If you already plan on the portal, its website sits next to tools you know. If videos, approval, a voice guestbook or a slideshow matter to you, compare those rows.
What to check before you decide
List what the wedding needs: a page with the schedule and a map, replies with menu choices, a seating chart, a budget, a gallery for the guests' photos and videos, and a guestbook. Then check where each one lives with either provider, which plan includes it, and how long you will need it: with a website billed by the month, the cost follows the months from the first invitation to the last photo. If some guests travel from abroad, compare the language rows as well. With EventAssets, the event page, the guest list, the seating chart, the budget and the guestbook are yours to set up before you pay anything.
