Set up and brand your event

Your event page is where guests find the details, share media, and revisit the day. As the event host, you can update its essentials and visual style at any time.

Update the event details

Open your event and choose Edit event in the header. Set the event name, start and end date and time, and timezone, then save your changes. These details are used throughout the event page and in its calendar file.

Choose your visual style

In the same editor, choose a heading font, body font, background color, and primary color. The primary color is also used for interface accents such as the location marker, so use a color that remains easy to read.

Add cover images

Add up to ten cover images to give the event page a distinctive header. EventAssets accepts JPEG, PNG, GIF, and WebP files up to 10 MB each. Drag images to change their order, or use the keyboard controls. You can remove a cover image when it is no longer needed.

Let guests save the date

Guests can download an .ics calendar file from the event page. It includes the event name, date and time, description, location, and event link. Keep these details current before sharing your page.
